2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary materials (logos, brand guidelines, content, etc.), and approvals as required to complete the project within agreed timelines.

3. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered work as specified in the project contract. Veejay Media retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Revisions & Scope
The project includes a set number of revisions as per the agreed proposal. Additional requests or significant changes to the original scope may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms
Payments are structured as per the project proposal (e.g., 50% advance, 50% upon completion). All invoices are due within the specified period.

6. Limitation of Liability
Veejay Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
